What this covers
This policy covers this website and the Pintle service provided by Pintle. For the data a shop keeps about its own customers in Pintle, the shop is responsible for it and we process it on the shop’s behalf.
What we collect on this website
When you request a demo we collect what you type into the form (name, shop, email, phone, shop size, whether you run mobile service, current system and message), the page you submitted it from, and how you found us (a campaign tag or the referring website). We use it only to contact you about a demo. We do not sell it.
Form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, which also screens them for spam.
Data in the service
Shops store customer, vehicle, repair-order, parts, employee and payroll records. Each shop’s data is kept in its own isolated database schema. We use it only to provide, secure and support the service.
Service providers we use
- Website hosting and form handling (Netlify)
- Cloud storage and encrypted backups (Cloudflare R2)
- Email delivery (SendGrid)
- Text messaging, where a shop enables it (Twilio or ClearlyIP)
- AI processing, where a shop enables it (RunPod, and any AI provider the shop configures)
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. If you arrive from a link with a campaign tag, your browser remembers that tag for the current visit only (in session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab) so it can be sent with a demo request.
Keeping and deleting data
Demo requests are kept while we are in contact with you and deleted on request. Shop data is kept for the life of the account and handled on cancellation as described in the Terms.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct or delete information we hold about you: contact us through the demo form.
